By signing up to the mailing list you're consenting to receiving periodic emails and are over 13 years of age. You will have submitted your email address and first name through the form on the home page.
I respect your privacy and will never sell or pass on the email address or name you've given me without your express permission.
How I'll use your information
You shall be sent an email roughly every 1-2 weeks about the game but you're able to unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Your name will be used to personalise the emails.
Some of these email messages may contain information about events, promotions and competitions related to the video game.
I'll be using metrics in order to improve my emails and marketing campaigns such as if the email was opened and if links contained within are clicked.
In the event that you email me, I'll use your email address to reply to you and never pass, share or sell such correspondence to third parties. I will never send unsolicited messages or information (unless part of our correspondence).

I'm using Mailerlite to store the email addresses and names submitted through the form. Their website is www.mailerlite.com
Information collected by Mailerlite
Mailerlite saves information about you when you signed up. This is your IP address, location, the date you signed up and the name and email address you provided at sign up. Mailerlite will track if you open the emails I send and when and how often emails are opened.
Contact me if you want to see the information Mailerlite has about you and if you want your information removed. You can remove the information Mailerlite has on you by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of the emails I send.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Changes to this Privacy Policy can happen at any time but I'll let you know if they do through the email address supplied. If you disagree with the changes, there will be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Privacy Policy regarding Children under 13
This website is intended for General Audiences and I don't knowingly collect information from children. By signing up and consenting to the mailing list you agree that you are over 13 years of age. If I become aware that if someone on the mailing list is under 13, they shall be removed and their records deleted.
